看我的长相，能想象出我的年龄。
忘了告诉大家，还没有装配完成。底座上还有罩壳盖，里面可装气动、润滑系统等。
很乐意与同行交流，特别是听听设备专家的意见

helen没有说什么毕业设计哦。
因为齿轮减速器我设计过哦，不过不是毕业的时候，好象是大三。有人亲手制作过小榔头的锤头吗？这是我五金实习的钳工考试题。不准用机床的哦。

毕业设计是15年前的事了。这种高速冲床速度在500次/分以上，在国内算较高水平。主要参照日本和台湾的同类机床设计。1000次以上的设备也在研发中。

helen 好象和我一个学校嘛  呵呵 我也是大三做减速器  大一磨榔头的  哈哈 最讨厌钳工了 累死 还不小心 磨过头了呢 我可是 除了刨床没玩过 其它的 玩遍了  还是车工有意思 铸工也好玩的  哎呀  好怀念啊

我大二的时候就亲手制作过小榔头的锤头，靠的就是自己的双手一点一点磨出来的，好累啊

就底座说几句，欢迎指正。
1：底座与基础只有两个螺栓联接，且孔处无凸台
2：底座上表面不用全部加工吧，留些台肩以便上机架定位，与上机架联接也尽量避免用盲孔
3：底座的的壁厚尽量均匀。
4：整个长方形透孔看起来不很美观，强度也不均匀，不如做成三条或四条筋
