我们有做过类似的,象上例不规则的碰穿小孔用钻孔程序加工铜公,然后电火花加工.

那块一般做镶件.

用CNC钻孔就行了。不会有问题的。

可以把PRT档上传吗？我编了这么久的程还没有钻过这么小的孔。

刀可以叫人家磨出来，要带斜度，前模最少10度，后模可以小一点。你的产品孔深度才0.5.对注塑可能会有影响的。填充可能会存在问题。
