你既然有了网卡，就没有必要用虚拟网卡，这样生成的license才是正确的。
license对了，能够完整安装。但是我这几天帮别人安装的时候出现的问题却是安装了无法使用。麻烦。

首先可以确信2001280在WIN2000下肯定是能行的，你的不能成功运行相信是LICENSE的问题。
仔细看一下软件包装盒上的安装说明，相信一定能解决，如果你的网卡号不对，不妨像上面几位说的自己手动输入生成，这样肯定没问题。查询网卡号的方法：点击“开始”－－“运行”－－输入CMD－－输入“IPCONFIG/ALL"---找到“physical addressP",后面的就是你所需要输入的网卡号，然后生成LICENSE文件，相信不会错。
