We have received our mold last week and we have found the following problems.

1) The leader pins are loose in the mold and are falling out.

2) The leader pin bushings have come out of the mold and will not stay in.

3) The gasket material for the vacuum has melted and was not made for high temperatures.

4) The hanger bolts need to be made over they wont work on this mold.

5) We noticed several plugs in the mold around the vacuum gasket area. Can you please explain these plugs they are not on our approved drawings?

6) The bolts for advancing the mold plates are to short and will need to be remade.

7) The die springs are to week to separate the A plates as designed. We need to add stiffer springs other wise the plate falls down several inches in the press.:Q :Q :Q
