高思达公司利用专业制造瓶盖的经验,也可制造24穴热流道瓶用掀盖(翻盖)模具,模具采用8047等热作钢并经过真空淬火,司筒及司筒针采用SKH51材料,并经过渗氮处理，经过内外圆磨加工。采用先进的MASTIP热流道系统，制造高质量的瓶盖模具。

   为了做到精密对位，高思达公司委托模架制造公司对热流道模具的模架进行精框及精孔，我们的模具冷却系统采用司筒针内铜管回流系统，使热流道的模具冷却系统更加高效。

采用富得巴模架，保持模具在长期运作过程中，模架不变形。

16腔以上模具委托模架制造公司坐标铣床镗孔，保持多腔模具前呵与后呵的精准度。

转芯采用NAXK双面轴承，从正面及侧面同时可转动，保持模具转芯转动时灵活自如，轻松脱模。

轴承采用高耐磨、高韧性的贵金属钢材，再经过真空热处理过后，任何高负荷的阻力都可轻松克服。

驱动装置采用来福线杆或油马达装置，无论是圆盖，还是异形盖都可精确定位脱模，并且保持螺纹的牙形不受损坏。

瓶盖的螺牙采用专用的磨牙机磨制形成，不仅螺牙的斜度、牙距、牙深度精确，而且牙的表面无比光滑，如经过镜面抛光一样，成形产品螺牙部位光泽度好。

螺纹前呵与后呵的内径经过内圆磨精确研磨与外圆磨精确研磨，同心度不超过2丝，使模具在长期的运作过程中，时间再久也不会出现瓶盖产品中最大的缺陷---批锋现象。

模具无论是呵芯还是螺牙部分都安装循环水，使螺牙不易变形，模具开合周期缩短，8-16腔的模具周期稳定保持在20-25秒之间。

模具表面镜面抛光，使产品光泽度非常光鲜，质量上乘的产品表面充分体现物有所值。

我感覺用什麼牌子的熱流道沒有什麼關系的如果產品需要精確，那麼你所選用的加工設備以及模具設備都要求好的，在廣東熱流道的廠家很多，不過統一的標准很少，希望中國能在熱流道的生產商出現一個標准的公司，就像龍記模架一樣瘋飛全中國乃之世界
