视图看得不是很清楚，最好是把每个部分都分开一张图贴上。这样会更容易看。还有要分清楚哪部分做前后模、行位。

这个产品不分也罢,
     原因很多:
             对于一个高度大于300MM,其胶位厚度只有2.0-2.3之间,骨位深近半的产品来说
第一:胶位太薄.(严重错误)
第二:模具加工困难.(成本高)
第三:成型顶出均困难,注塑机走不齐胶,几乎不可能顶出.(严重错误)
第四:产品强度不够.容易破裂(严重错误)
第五:如果此产品是用在电器方面,且暴露在外的话,它肯定不符合安规.
             暂时分析到这里,上班了,

这个不是我们的问题，客户提供了这样一个产品。那就得按他的要求去做，至于是不是可用于电器方面那就不是我们的问题了。而且这个产品是已成功生产的。
