我是这样做：
先拖一孔类圆柱体放到圆筒状物体的外圆柱面上，
则孔类圆柱体的三维球中心必在圆筒状物体的外圆母线上，
右键到筒的端面中心点，
再沿筒轴线移动的准确位置，
编辑包围盒纠正小孔直径，
拖靠近外圆一侧的长度直到超过筒外圆一些，
三维球绕筒轴线右键拷贝2份120度，即可。
