如果展直,管壁截面形状如字母S状。
带料经滚压成形后直接由滚压装置推向与带料运动方向斜置的管子成形模具,如无芯制作弹簧机结构相似,强制滚压后的异型带弯曲缠绕,同时在模具中引入密封条,与带料成形为管子。
这种工艺所需设备为开料机和成形机。开料机的主体部分是一对装有切刀的刀辊。将卷料开成所需宽度的带料。开料机的附属设备为开卷机和收卷机。
螺旋软管有多种类型,有不用密封的,也有用两条密封的;有如图示简单搭接,也有在管子轴向扣住,使管子无法松开的结构。
只做一种规格管子是无论如何不能满负荷生产的。但一种规格的管子需要一种刀辊和一套模具。因此真要建厂,投资也是不会少的。
fwg4002先生所说的波纹管,其截面应为下图所示。如果到水暖配件市场上去,店方会向你推荐一种冷水热水都能用,而且保证不漏水的管子。这种管子外面有一网状编织不锈钢丝保护层,但里面就是波纹管。

在波纹管这件事上,bluecode先生不需要再和我争论了。因为我确实知道工艺并且能够制造这些设备。
