这里有没有人做过“治具”？？？

  我学CNC是在一家塑胶模具厂，由于是学徒工资很底，而且每天12小时，周末经常加班。后来认为自己学的差不多了，就跳槽到了另外一家公司。这个厂只有2台CNC，公司一共才30多个人。我是搞机械加工的，由于人少所以什么都干。
  后来我才知道这个公司做的产品叫“治具”。是电子和机械结合的东西，这个行业在大陆还很少，不过在台湾已经很多了。

朋友治具有很多种类来
其实很简单的可以辅助的材料就治具
比如为了要加工一个零件不切到虎钳 而做的夹具
还有加工放置的 都可以叫治具的呀

不管是或不是，可否请阿超先生告诉我们，你展示的那些“治具”具体的用处是什麽。

  以前我听我们老总说，10年前他到新加坡去学做治具。10年后新加坡人到台湾学做治具。（我不知道是不是吹牛，但是新加坡制作治具应该是很早的）
我们公司做的治具是HP 3070（一台测试机器，治具就是放在那个上面）然后治具里面有放一块电脑主板。治具把测试到的数据都传到机器里面，然后在传到电脑里面。由于本人不是客户服务的，我主要是加工结构方面的东西。所以也只是了解一些而已。

"治具"是日本字,多用于指农业上的夹具

我在日本人的产品检查表中发现过“治具”这个词，比如说检查外园直径相对内孔的跳动量。检测工具就是“某某治具”。

我们公司的治具主要是用来检测笔记本电脑和台式机主版的.（检测零件是否有漏掉或是坏掉的，通路短路之类）
