这个东西怎么做？（电池钢壳）

请各位看看，这个东西怎么做？
用途：电池钢壳
钢板厚度：0.8mm
长：68mm
开口矩形尺寸：15 * 5mm
矩形尺寸的公差要求： 0.02mm
四周圆角要求：０.５mm

再说清除点，就是平常我们随身听的“口香糖”电池的外壳。

请教各位DX,有没有做过类似的产品，模具如何设计，难不难。

怎么各位都不来讨论我的这个问题,也很有意思的啊.
要保证0.02mm的公差不容易的.
是不是大家都觉得太简单了?

我们做过两种这样的产品.要求挺高的.不光要求尺寸,外形还要镜面.能光镜
子照出胡子.呵呵尺寸是好控制.做起来有点难度.还有一个问题是顶部的切
边要很平.不好搞要是控制不好,那个大的平面的平面度也做不好.我们试验
了好长时间.

现在大部分型号都改成铝外壳了
不过钢的还有,不多
铝的壁厚可以做到0.25mm钢的一般连底的很少基本上是通的在旱起来的,不过铝的都是连底的
这种模具现在来说是成熟产品没什么了不起
产品价格就几毛钱
而且现在铝的大多数是连续拉伸生产

楼上的说的很对，不过我觉得楼上壳体小边的料太多了，在设计上可以再改进！
