三相电能表表盖注塑模具设计
摘 要
本文详细地阐述了三相电能表表盖注塑模具的整个设计过程。提出了注塑模具设计的一般程序。该零件较复杂,故采用一模一腔结构,为了保证塑件的表面质量,采用三板式点浇口进料的冷流道注塑模。设计过程主要使用PRO/E进行塑件的三维造型和塑件分析。流道设计过程中使用了MPA进行塑性流动分析,确定该模具的浇口最佳位置和数量,解决了浇注系统的布局问题。整个模架设计都在PRO/E的外挂模块EMX里完成,在EMX中可以加载标准件,同时可快捷的将3D图转化为2D图,为模具设计节省了大量的时间。提高了设计效率。本文对模具制造和试模过程中可能出现的问题做了详细的分析,并提出了相应的解决方法,并对模具中的主要零件进行了结构设计、分析计算和校核,并给出了模具工作零件的工艺卡。
