ANSYS 10.0 安装后，启动不了，怎么办？

ANSYS10.0 安装好后，启动时，设置好后，点击RUN按钮后，弹出框框，显示以下内容：

可是，我的计算机实名明明已经设置好了，没问题啊，怎么办？？谁能教教我？？万分谢谢！！
