RIM技术 RIM Technology
一：RIM工艺原理 RIM Principle RIM（Reaction Injection Molding),中文俗称反应注射成型,其原理如下： 将两种液体原材料经过定量、按比例混合后注入模腔,经放热化学反应,在模具中固化形成聚合体。 RIM(Reaction Injection Molding) is the process by which molded PU(Polyurethane) parts are made. In the process, 2 liquid components are mixed and injected into the mold where they chemically react and cure,which forms the polyurethane polymer parts.
二：RIM工艺优势 Advantages
1，大大降低开模成本和周期（Low cost and short lead time tooling）
-----RIM模具的材质一般为铝或环氧树脂 -----RIM mold material can be aluminium or epoxy resin
-----模具成本和加工周期只是注塑模具的一小部分

2，产品设计灵活，简化产品结构，减少设计周期 (Design freely and shorten design cycle)

4，适合成型大型壁厚的产品且表面无缩痕 (Without sink or distortion)
-----RIM工艺的低压注射性及PU的低收缩率使其在成型大型壁厚的产品时，几乎没有缩痕，经过表面喷涂等处理可以达到客户的严格要求。 -----No sink generated thanks to very low molding pressures and shrinkage.
5，可制成密度、硬度、弹性不同的零件 (Can produce parts with different density,rigidity and elasticity)
-----PU原料经过配方可以成型硬质、半硬质、自结皮泡沫、高回弹、慢回弹等硬度，密度和弹性不同的产品，满足各种不同的需求。 -----PU molded parts can be rigid and solid like an injection molded ABS or they can be a structural foam or elastomeric like rubber,which were widely used in medical,automible,lab analysis equipment,sport and recreation,industrial equipment etc.
6，封装效果好 (Superb encapsulation ability thanks to low molding pressure)
-----很多种嵌入件都可以在注射RIM材料前放入模具中,这样,在成型过程中RIM材料就完成了嵌入件的封装,结构框架,电子器件,磁铁,电池,天线等都可以用RIM工艺封装,进而减少甚至是消除二次加工环节,减少装配工时。
-----Components to be encapsulated are fully or partially surrounded by the molded part which provides for the structural and cosmetic properties of the finished unit. Reinforcements, electronic components, magnets, batteries or antennas etc can be molded right into the RIM part.This can reduce your assembly times and costs, make assemblies tamper-proof or solve sealing problems for you.
