排球有一个计算公式，中间除料的高度h和排球壳内径r的关系是：h=1.3333^(1/2)r。保留宽度和h是相等的。其余的就好做了。如果两头的边要圆角，半径不能大，否则交头处会有洞。

为什么我做的排球，在交点处，有这么大一个洞，
不是倒角大小的问题，好象尺寸不对，h是等于1.3333开根号再乘 r吗？

明白了，只冤自己笨，老是跟着别人的思路走。
1、排球的数学模型就是立方体，2r=√3h；
2、小洞的问题是球体厚度内偏和外偏的问题。
