我不是想当然哪,其实这样的模具我分过好多,大多是玩具模:
1。产品分型面有拉伸有台阶,说明抄数抄的不好,一般来说,熟手做抄数多是先作出分型线,然后在作出相关的轮廓曲线,且多碎面也是抄数要避免的,这种做法分型绝对没问题。
2。但假设1已成现实(即产品分型面有拉伸有台阶等),有两个途径 i 分析一下台阶轮廓的偏差和产品的几何偏差,看是否可以用一较平滑的曲线来连接,即在公差允许的范围里,尽量用较平滑的线代替小台阶曲线,直至完全OK,拉伸做分型面即可; ii 象 i 那样生成分型线之后,假设有一些偏差比较大的地方,没办法,修改产品啦,删掉部分曲面,用刚才生成的分型线,作出曲面,使它在分型面的位置相切即可,当然,比较浪费时间一点,假如用PRO的话就先把面copy出来再补,用UG或cimatron(E)就直接把面删除修改即可。
