请教：内外螺纹如何画？

我们过几天要做一个沐浴露瓶子交给老师，
但现在我不知道这个瓶盖的瓶盖怎么画（源文件是在这儿下载的）？
是不是用 “Helical Swp" ？
但我画出来觉得不像。

好像听说是用变截面扫描，
但我不知如何用，
麻烦高手指点一下，谢谢！！
