MPI系列讲座之Basic Modeling在这次讲座中我主要向大家讲解MPI建模基础知识，包括模型单元格厚度编辑、一模多腔设计、浇注系统设计及冷却系统设计等。

第一节：模型单元格厚度编辑

1、导入模型tutorial_2.sdy（tutorial_2.sdy位于Moldflow Plastics Insight的安装目录下的Tutorial文件夹里,如:C:\ Program Files\Moldflow\Plastics Insight 4.1\Tutorial），如图1所示

2、        指定材料，作为学习我们在此选LG Chemical公司生产的材料牌号为ABS MP220的材料，如图2所示，然后点击确定。

4、设置浇口位置，如图4所示

7、分析过程是比较耗时的可要耐心等待哦，当分析结束时点击确定即可，这时分析结果就出来了。

8、在输入旋转角度栏输入-15 -45 -15，回车，如图7所示

这时模型显示如图9所示，Fill time结果清楚地显示模型的顶面存在一个气泡问题，下面我会讲解如何解决这个问题。
