篮球比较好画；排球有一个计算公式，中间除料的高度h和排球壳内径r的关系是：h=1.3333^(1/2)r；而足球我是先做线框造型以确定尺寸的（制造工程师）。以五边形为基准，第一组六边形中心到球中心与五边形中心到球中心的线的夹角为37.3774度，第二组六边形是79.1877度，而每两个五边形中心的夹角是63.4349度，边长也可以算出了，通过一些旋转镜像可以得到一个半球，再镜像旋转180就好了。我认为难点在于对球几何形状的理解和数据计算，而不在于装配。
