      用线切割加工斜齿轮的注塑模具可行吗?

      先给你讲2个故事
      1.传说北大的教室上课时们都是开着的,就是说谁都可以进去听,不管你是否这个专业,充分体现了北大的开放学术风气。不过却不是每个人都能提问,虽然没有明文规定,不过北大学生都知道提出的问题要够分量,不然只好给别人当笑话了。
      2.国内许多人都想证明1+1,超越陈景润的1+2去挑战歌德巴赫猜想。于是不管农民、小学教师、业余数学爱好者都带着几麻袋的废纸想得到认证。反而真正的数学家和学者都没有宣布什么进展,因为他们都读过数论或近世代数等等。也比较自重身份,知道和内行交流是硬碰硬的真材实料交锋,这是容不得半点虚假的,不会说“在一定条件下”别人就让你理论成立。

      故事讲完了,斜齿轮的问题和歌德巴赫猜想比起来太小儿科了。说实在的,这个问题最多就是技校低年级学生常识课的级别。我要说的就是打败巨人最好你自己是更强的巨人。想站在巨人肩膀上打败另一个巨人也是可行的,不过你站在统达这个破烂上不要说打败谁,连看得远一些都难。
      此外你除了先去看看机械原理和机械制图学习齿轮基础知识以外,最好先学会用脑子想一下钼丝割斜度时的运动轨迹。

      你可以说我一个人差,但是不能没有根据就说中国的软件差,真的是这样,你就说一个你真正用过的线切割软件比统达的优点多。

      我曾用过手工编程3B。ISO代码编程,并用过YH,CAXA(EB,WAG),OPTICT,TCAM/TWINCAD,MASTERCAM,UG,CIMATRON等等编程软件。

      在操作方面做过车床,铣床,快丝,慢丝,加工中心,钳工等等,
      但我还并没有真正做过斜齿轮,(只听过以前几师傅说他们曾经做过,),也很想有机会去尝试,去学习……

      嘿嘿,我不是教授,你倒是还真把自己当成个大名鼎鼎的谁了。就你目前的水准普通的技校老师对付起来就绰绰有余,要教授出马解决齿轮加工的这种常识问题你也真敢想。

      懂慢丝算个屁啊,想摆酷问也得问上档次一点--懂不懂怎么造线切割?
      我的回答是:不好意思,我很早就造过。退一万步,就算一点不懂机加工,只要有点几何知识的人看了我前面写的都可以告诉你为什么不可以。

      一般在机械大国里齿轮不是标准件,但是有齿轮标准。你那个王牌软件能生成正确参数的斜齿轮?什么标准的齿轮?
      我给出的齿轮已经是最大程度的方便你理解了,原以为到这地步你肯定能明白了,不过我真的后悔跟你讨论这问题。

      本来已经没兴趣再和你纠缠下去了,不过看到你丢不丢中国线切割的脸啊?觉得有趣。工程技术相对于其他的东西来说最大的特征就是有基础的科学论证和付诸实现的能力。工程技术人员最大特征也就是能讲道理,而且一清二楚不带含糊地讲清。看看史料记载,文化大革命的每一派都是举着红皮书读一段对自己有利的,然后去为非作歹。因为这样一来就可以站在一个制高点上去践踏宪法和别人,就算错了也是以领袖的名义干的,受害者你就乖乖认命吧。所以你把我摆到了中国线切割界人士的对立面也不奇怪,是不是只要不同意你说法的就不是中国线切割界的人士?

      台湾造的线切割那可是高级货,我从来没用过。我也就是可以修理一下三菱和海科特的维修工程师水平。
      非标的齿轮也是可以用齿轮描述公式表达的齿轮,非标不等于可以乱来。按照你给的参数是不可能产生的一个齿轮,一个无法计算出各种齿轮参数的齿轮。
