我是说的槽的大小，不是说深度。我们这里都用卡钳测量。没有读数，只是凭感觉。

考工时候有些项目禁止直接量具测量，靠的就是卡钳，用得好0.02MM以内根本没问题。

但是由于卡钳老化。工厂也不给更新。每次夹紧松开都有可能产生误差。怎样去解决呢？难道中国的测量技术完全靠感觉吗，就不能研究出方便成本低的量具吗？

我们用的都是内径量表，卡钳因为没有准确的读数，以渐渐淘汰了，不得以才用。

我在台湾厂用过空气量规，缸径规，精度达到0.001mm是美国和德国产的

空气量规就是用气体压缩机接入量器中调好气压值，然后根据各种规格选用喷嘴，环规进行调试测量精度可达到0。0005mm-0.002mm

用卡钳测量会产生测量尺寸传递误差，故测量精度较差，对较高精度的测量不适宜，应该用内径千分尺。
