可以将切削刃的后角做大一点,再将刀翘起安装,可以让切削刃有一定前角。

刀具是不是可考虑可转位的,也就是顺车一个角度.逆车时旋转一个角度,具体靠凸轮实现

工件不是不可以如tianma先生所给出的那样。因为这个工件的用处是强制一根插在槽内,只可以平移的销子往复运动。如果槽是半圆形,则销子插在槽内的一端是球头,并且销子的轴向定位精度也一定要求严格(销子球头要紧贴槽面,不能轴向窜动)。在che-zp所介绍的工况里,工件的实样,che-zp已经在12楼贴出。螺旋槽的截面形状是矩形,用圆柱形销子插入。

回到往复螺杆话题。
这种往复螺杆,我已经接触过多年。塑料加工中,编织袋是一大行业。塑料拉出丝后要缠绕收卷,目前主要的收卷机往复机构就是用的往复螺杆。因此我知道它该怎麽做。
以前年轻气盛,做什麽都想标新立异,什麽难题也都想试试自己解决。碰得头破血流的次数太多了,再碰到技术问题,就想尽可能了解情况,才敢动手。
其实这个实例,讨论到现在,已经非常清楚了。
1)改装一台简易车床,这是必要的前提。改装方法以前帖子已经讨论过。
2)先用铣削方法,在拖板上装一铣削头。风动、电动均可。转速至少6000转/分以上。不想自己做,向雕刻机制造商买一个。
3)一毫米直径的键槽铣刀,用整体硬质合金的。国内现在可供应的厂商很多。
4)可以试试车削方法。但如果用我在24楼画出的那种车刀,要做好并使用好,其难度实际上是远大于用铣刀的。
