我就讲一下，我的编程思路好了。

我是用直径30R5的刀来开粗的，由于是2*1的模具（两种产品同一副模具），前后两半是不一样的型腔，且胚料顶部是磨过的，不用开粗，所以，我就分两刀来对型腔开粗。
由于是用刀尖来对刀，刀心来补正的，所以，开粗以后，我再降5mm，对型腔进一步的开粗，（用刀心补正不容易过切，但也有人认为用刀尖补正，不容易过切，对于这个，我还不大明白，反正我是用刀心补正的。）

产品是模具的前模，以后还要做电极来打，所以没有铣到数。

可能是我水平不够，我就喜欢做电极打（铣不出来的，我没有习惯用小刀清。）
