PreciMaster-Bifix
针对铰削加工的完整系列

Precimaster
       山高的Precimaster是一种舍弃刀头式铰刀，设计简单、效率高、精度高、模块化和无需调整。现有的尺寸从D9.75到32 mm，山高的 Precimaster 提供内冷却通孔。

       由一个刀体和一个可换式焊接涂层硬质合金刀头构成，夹紧系统保证了获得H7精度所需的高精度和重复性。


Bifix
        山高的Bifix是一种适用于所有材料组别的高精度可转位刀片式铰刀。直径覆盖范围从5.90 mm到60.50 mm。

        获得孔的精度H6级和表面粗糙度Ra 0,25要归因于集成3个金属陶瓷导向条的设计和精确的调节系统。独创的夹紧设计保证了有效和稳固的刀片夹紧。山高的Bifix还包含内冷却通路。
