这我就不敢苟同了。很多东西都是学习前人的经验，最后形成自己的东西，慢慢的有了自己跟深的理解。如像你所说的，那读书也没用啦。买书看是浪费钱。读大学是浪费时间。

传个不是很难的图，大家拆拆模，说说要做几个电极来打。用什么方法做。我过几天再传拆好的图和加工程序。

我是用直径30R5的刀来开粗的，由于是2*1的模具（两种产品同一副模具），前后两半是不一样的型腔，且胚料顶部是磨过的，不用开粗，所以，我就分两刀来对型腔开粗。
由于是用刀尖来对刀，刀心来补正的，所以，开粗以后，我再降5mm，对型腔进一步的开粗，（用刀心补正不容易过切，但也有人认为用刀尖补正，不容易过切，对于这个，我还不大明白，反正我是用刀心补正的。）

最好将最高面设置成0位（移动加工坐标系），便于检查nc程序。
如果用pocket（suface）开粗，可以将finish去掉（可以看一下刀路有什么区别）
在tool  parameters中将misc value打开，可以生成g54
这是我的建议！
