我厂就用铣床或加工中心铣四周及台阶，但压板不能用力太大，不知你说的形状是什么样？

有些复杂的，就是汽车的一个装置部件样品。
给你讲一下,例：一个六个面的长方形，在上面再有好几个小方形或圆形，如何控制铣的速度和走刀？特别是角头不能摔肉了啊，否则上不了展会吧

尽可能地采用小直径的铣刀，提高铣刀的线速度，降低进给量，使用煤油作冷却液。

你說的那個有機玻璃,我們公司也加工過,我們叫壓克力.
不過我們加工都是2維的.
用新的合金刀或烏鋼刀轉速要快,
冷卻一定要好.

對了,還有走刀方式一定要選折恰當,使用由內向外洗比較不容易破裂

同意11楼所说的方法，我是采用小直径的铣刀由外向内铣尽力保证不使角边摔肉（破裂），转速度达到600，手控制进给量，多加冷却液，达到合格要求了
