我确实没有作过，不知道我的作品的缺点在和出，还请咄咄指教

1,螺距不能太小,50KG的桶盖,应该用10mm.
2,扣要用2圈以下,有利于注塑时,强行推模.
3,扣尖也得小,扣深可以做到6mm深,因塑料桶的缩比随着壁厚变化很大的.....
4,扣要做成反斜面,有利于推模,反斜面用2/6就可以了.
我以前用此方法,给不少中空行业做了模具,我们这个地方有7-8家中空企业的,可以强行推出6mm深的50KG桶盖.南方的模具是旋转脱模的,影响产量的.....呵呵...单愿有用与中空行业的技术人员!

谈不上是什么造诣.只不过用实体设计有1年半多罢了.....呵呵
