[求助]求助：为何没有菜单内容和Menu Manager 窗口?

[em00] 各位大虾：我以前用的是Pro/E 2000i,今天装了Pro/E 2003 Wildfire(野火版)，打开程序后发现在Application→Standard　模式下，没有Menu Manager 窗口，只能编辑零件，不能设计零件，而在Application→Legacy　模式下，则有Menu Manager 窗口,可以设计零件。
且四个菜单Edit,View,Insert,Tool在任何模下，下拉菜单项下没有下拉内容，不能打开，故不能更改窗口底色设置等；不知为何，请帮帮我!?
